This Staff ROI Report applies each team member’s production against the agent’s commission structure to show you how much new agency commission was created by that team member. You can see line by line and month by month how each person is contributing to the agency. Several agents have been shocked to learn that some of their team members were making more in bonuses than they were actually bringing in to the agency (and that doesn’t even take into account their salaries). This tool answers that elusive question, “Am I really getting my money’s worth from my team”. The agency income produced by each team member is compared to the cost of that team member. You can even choose a % of their cost that it attributed to service since most team members spend at least some of their time processing service work.
