The Staff view of Racing Snail Bonus shows qualifying production including applications and premium. It also displays whether or not the sales rep has met their sales requirements. If not, it will display how much money is "left on the table" by not meeting the minimum requirement
Bonus plans can be customized for each interval staff person. Bonuses can be based upon application production, premium production, or both. Payments can be made as a $ per product, as a percent of premium, as a lump sum bonus or any combination thereof.
The Sales Mix enables the Agent to reward strong performance by increasing bonuses if certain benchmarks are met. Bonuses can also be decreased or even eliminated if the benchmarks are not met.
Bonus reports display consolidated bonus information as well as line by line figures.
A bonus estimator tool enables sales reps to run bonus scenarios.
